Envision Tools offers a 5 Year Limited Warranty that covers the CC-01, CCM-01, CCXL-01, CCFT-01, CCTT-01 and CCFTXL-01 when purchased from Envision Tools or one of its authorized distributors, and covers any defects in material or workmanship that arise under the original purchaser's normal use of the wire care for the storage, transport and spooling/unspooling of wire, during the five years that run consecutively from the date specified on the proof of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period, Envision Tools will repair or replace the wire cart or any component thereof that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, at no charge for the replacement parts or labor. Failure to properly assemble the wire cart, follow the Safety, Warranty and Instruction Manual, or any abnormal use of the cart, may void this 5 Year Limited Warranty.

What will we do to correct problems?
Envision Tools, in its sole and absolute discretion, will either repair or replace the wire cart or any defective component thereof, at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The original purchaser only pays for the costs of shipping.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for CC-01, CCM-01, CCXL-01, CCFT-01, CCTT-01, CCFTXL-01 purchased from Envision Tools is 5 years from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.
What does this 5 Year limited warranty not cover?
This 5 year limited warranty does not cover any damages or problems that are caused by; a failure to follow the instructions in the safety, warranty and instruction manual, improper assembly, exceeding the designed weight limit, misuse (including dropping the wire cart, tipping it over, causing collisions with other equipment, etc.) acts of god (including a tornado, hurricane, earthquake, fire, etc.) or lack of maintenance (such as failure of casters or damages caused by rust or other corrosion). This warranty also does not cover any damage caused by utilizing the wire cart for anything other than the intended use (the storage, transport and spooling/unspooling wire). This warranty only covers the wire cart frame and does not include any hardware, casters, or powdercoating. Envision Tools reserves the right to refuse any claim if it believes the wire cart was subject to any of the above exclusionary criteria.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Simply email warranty@envision-tools.com with pictures of your wire cart and a description of the issue and the circumstances under which the problem arose. Unless you have registered your wire cart purchase, please also include a proof of purchase to establish the date the cart was purchased and the indentity of the original purchaser.
Can I Assign this Limited Warranty?
No. The original owner cannot assign his or her interest in this 5 year limited warranty.
